One of the finest 20th century town halls in London, Marylebone Town Hall was designed by the distinguished early-20th century, British architect, Sir Edwin Cooper, for the former Borough of St. Marylebone and opened in1920.
The adjacent former Library and Health Centre lies immediately to the west and was also designed by Sir Edwin Cooper and opened in 1940. Both buildings were listed in 1981, Grade II.
